Do you need help with installing ENTRADA at your organisation? or do you have other questions about support or training? Please send an e-mail with your question(s) to entrada {at} sidn.nl.

We provide ENTRADA support on a best-effort basis (best-effort in the technical sense, not in the legal sense). Most of it will be free of charge, but we may send you an invoice for our work if (i) your request is specific to your ENTRADA installation and (ii) if it takes a significant amount of time for us to address. The reason is that we're a small team and that this kind of dedicated support reduces the amount of time we can put in the further improvement of the ENTRADA platform. We will of course discuss any potential costs with you beforehand.
